Luke Twomey is an associate in the San Francisco office of Sacks, Ricketts & Case LLP. Luke joined SRC with a unique blend of comprehensive business education, corporate in-house legal experience, and plaintiff-side litigation experience. He utilizes his business-oriented background to defend commercial clients and employers in complex commercial litigation, including class action lawsuits and corporate disputes.
Luke focuses his commercial litigation practice on breach of contract, corporate governance, trade secret, and unfair competition claims. Additionally, Luke’s employment law experience includes defending against claims of discrimination and retaliation under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, breach of contract, and wage disputes. He co-authored SRC’s Employment Law E-Alert for October 2017.
Prior to joining Sacks, Ricketts & Case LLP, Luke worked as an in-house legal intern at NetApp, Inc. (US) and as a law clerk for Corsiglia McMahon & Allard, L.L.P.
