Michael Gorelik is an associate at Sacks, Ricketts & Case LLP. Michael re-joins SRC after working for the firm as a summer associate in 2017 and as an extern during his final year in law school.
Michael focuses his practice on representing clients in a variety of commercial matters, including claims for breach of contract and unfair competition, in labor and employment matters, including wage and hour and discrimination claims, and in class action litigation and other representative matters.
Prior to joining SRC, Michael completed externships at the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and at the ACLU. He also spent two semesters with the College of Law’s Post-Conviction Clinic where he assisted clients seeking post-conviction relief on the grounds of wrongful conviction. At the Clinic, Michael reviewed clients’ case files for investigatory errors and gaps in DNA testing, presented the merits of their claims to the ASU Justice Project, and submitted motions on their behalf seeking renewed DNA testing of the available evidence.
